7 years ago Kate helped me with my first home purchase. This year, she helped me with the sale of that same house and the purchase Of My new home. Kate is all of the things you want in a realtor. She spends what is necessary to help get your house sold. Great pics and marketing to help get visibility and a quick sale. Well informed to get top dollar too! In finding the perfect home she knows what you ask for, and keeps adding to your “wants” ... she knows what you want and need before you have realized it. Thank you Kate. You’re a gem and you’ve been a wonderful partner in my home owning adventures. She helped keep our sellers costs to a minimum with no nonsense from the buyer’s agent. And while the purchase price didn’t budge much we got many other things from our sellers to compensate for their sticky price point. Great negotiator ! Thanks Kate!
