Katy did a wonderful job helping my 100-year-old mother and I sell Mom's house. She made my mother feel very much a part of the process, even though at times the details boggled her brain. Katy kept us posted every step along the way through frequent emails, and stopped in to review documents whenever necessary. Perhaps the nicest part of all was the array of closing gifts Katy gave my mother, the highlight of which was a photo album including pictures of her house that she can look at whenever she likes. After spending 76 years in the house, my mother has many memories, which are now fading with her advanced age, and the photo book was JUST the perfect gift.
