Kay Mariutto

Kay did not actually "help me buy a home" but there was no option for "Agent negotiated a verbally accepted purchase agreement and confirmed the sale but then the seller sold to another buyer". Kay "assisted" me with a purchase offer on a Friday afternoon. We went back and forth a couple times until the seller accepted my verbal offer. Kay then sent am email confirming that the buyer accepted the offer with the amount and terms for deposit, closing and inspection. Since their office was closing, Kay said we would do the paperwork on Monday. I booked a flight (from Michigan to Tampa) that night as well and on Monday morning I was told that the property had been sold to another party. Completely unethical and unprofessional and I told their office this so I will be sure to inform the public.
