Horrible personality. There is no reason she should work with the public. She procrastinated the whole time she had my listing. The broker didn't have anything to say when I spoke to him about my experience with Kay. I guess she is royalty around there-- at least that's what other realtors in the industry have all told me. She also talked down to me in front of my child. When I told her that I was uncomfortable reducing the listing price (again), she told me she is a professional and that I shouldn't question her approach. Funny thing is, I got out of my contract with her and my new agent sold it in two weeks for me at a higher price than Kay originally sold it for.

I bought by first property with Kay helping me every step of the way and it was a great experience. The property was not even on the market, so it was a unique case, but she was consistently professional and worked hard on my behalf. She has many years of experience as a real estate agent in the Abilene area and has many valuable contacts. This was beneficial to someone like me with no experience buying property. I recommend Kay to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Abilene. She was great at communicating through the entire process and explained things well as we went along.
