Although I was introduced to Kayla through DIVVY, 1 of the rent-to-own programs, I later noticed that they were not communicating well with her or myself often missing dates, times, and listing incorrect addresses, etc., and broke my contract with them, but preferred to still work with Kayla.I later took the time to explain my situation and what I was looking for, she then took it upon herself to better remedy this situation by providing me with additional options, information, and contacts necessary to assist me with making a more solid decision that better benefitted me instead of jumping the gun. I appreciate both her hard work and determination and plan to keep her in my contacts and work with her for any future home/sales purchases.

When she wasn't able to answer my phone calls. She got back to me as soon as she could giving me all the information as soon as she got it.
