Working with Kealy was a dream. I am personally busy with my business obligations, but Kealy kept all the negotiations rolling. I didn't have to worry because she had it under control. Her negotiation skills saved me thousands of dollars and got me into my new home on the date I needed. Kealy will not waste your time or hers....she has your best interest at all times.

My husband and I found Kealy in late 2014. She helped us purchase our first home, we were slightly older than typical first time home buyers and knew what we wanted within our budget. She was patient and helpful not pushy with us at all. She was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at with pros and cons and honest with us about our offers and resale potential or lack there of with each property. Kealy sold our house, first day on the market with multiple offers. She marketed the house beautifully, she listened to us, She walked us through the process. When there was something that we didn't understand- she said...... ok lets talk about that. we felt that she was really invested in us as well as selling the house. We needed to do a few upgrades- she worked directly with contractors and made it so we didn't have to lift a finger. Kealy helped my husband and I buy a house in the North End. We were fortunate to find a home very quickly and have our first offer accepted. Kealy made excellent recommendations for how to best write the offer and accomplish our goal. We were also trying to close on the house prior to the holidays and Kealy and her assistant were extremely helpful in coordinating with the title company to make sure we were able to do that. Kealy and her team are absolutely amazing. They are resourceful, creative, patient, organized, responsive, experienced, and knowledgeable. They were willing to help out however they could to make sure we found the right house for our family, being very mindful of our needs and our priorities in a property. We live on the east coast and are relocating to the area, so with the exception of a brief visit to look at some houses by my husband, all of our house hunting has been by FaceTime/Skype! They walked multiple properties with us on FaceTime, took measurements, captured detailed photos, and more just to make sure we got the house of our dreams.
