[ link omitted ], they have already been viewed by many people because of realtors access to MLS listings. So we looked at about 10 homes the day they went on the market and they were all sold. We switched realtors to use Keith Knudsen and he hunted and hunted for home on listings for us. He found the home that we ended up purchasing, which would have never even seen with the other realtor we had previously used. The selling agent was older and therefore she was very difficult to work with because she did not have an email or a cell phone and did not use the correct up to date realtor locks on the door. Keith had to call her home and talk to her husband on multiple occasions. He even had to go to womans home to discuss the sale and he had to go to the sellers home to meet them in person. Keith also called every realtor he knew to find someone who had a key for the old lock system.Because of his diligence we got a fantastic price on the home, selling for about $20,000 less than some of the other homes in the area.
