Keith was a very helpful in the whole process as our realtor. We met him at an open house and instantly we realized that he was the right guy to help us sell our home and help us on our search for a new home. He had the best ideas for how to sell my home faster then everyone else in the area. He brought us all the information that we needed to price it so that it would sell fast with multiple offers. The pictures the had taken where so good that it made it hard for me to even want to even sell it. The brochures that he had made truly showcased my home like the gem it was. And within 25 days and multiple offers he got us everything we wanted from our sale. While this was all going on, we were kept up to date on every aspect of our sale from start to closing. Once our home sold, our new home search really started moving forward. He found us a winter rental that was perfect for our temporary needs while we searched. Since he listened to our needs in the beginning, he decided to take us to this one home that was not even on our radar. I will say that I did take him all over without really knowing what I wanted. But on this particular day that we were out looking at homes, he was like "I'm taking you to the home you really want. Its not on your list but I have to show it to you." We said ok and off we went. The next thing I know is that I'm looking at this house that was ok looking from the outside, but once I got in and heard his ideas. I couldn't even start to say no. The numbers all worked, I would end up in a river front house with ocean views. Yes it needed some work, but he knew what was really important to us. We now have the home of our dreams that is fully updated for under our max budget when we were looking for homes. Plus we have a new friend that is a realtor that we will always recommend.
