I am very grateful for Keith & I happily refer him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Looking forward to working with him on future purchases when we are ready. I was given a referral to Keith by my moms real estate agent and Keith was always in contact via e-mail or text always showing me the listings of the condos within Osceola county, within poinciana,within kissimmee, etc. When I asked to see a listing, he would go visit the homes(since I lived out of state) & show me the videos of the listings. He was attentive to what I was looking for ,respected & considered my needs & budget and showed me even better than what I originally sought. He also explained any potential problems of the home that might not have been explained in the listings. When we flew down from Nj to Florida, he quickly showed us several homes that we narrowed everything down to. We found a perfect condo within two days. When in contract, he explained when to check and sign the documents and went to see what the home inspector that I hired showed him. We had an easy,smooth closing within a month-if there was a delay by a few days,I was informed about it as well as every step of the closing process. He was with me every step of the way always checking in with every detail. This was my first purchase in Florida & I was considered an out of town buyer. I liked that Keith was with us for every step of the buying & closing processes. I needed a real estate agent such as Keith to be present, attentive, & motivated to help me buy a home as well as help me with any concerns I had. He checked the appliances at closing & I found him very reliable & trustworthy regarding closing on the purchase. It has been a year since the purchase & he checks in with me. Once again, I really appreciate Keith & I know people will be happy & confident with him!

Not only that, he also found our forever dream home and is also helping us with this process.
