We are both retired, but I went back to work for 8 weeks to help out, and naturally, this was when our home sold - thus we needed to find a home ASAP. We wanted to relocate in Columbus. We lived 100+ miles from Columbus, so it was not easy to see homes during the week. We contacted Keith because our son purchased two homes with Keith as his realtor and he strongly recommended him. Keith gave up his Saturdays and Sundays to show us homes. Several times I think he dropped what he was doing to show us property. He stayed with us during the entire closing which there was an issue that he discovered and pointed out to the loaning company, which they corrected. Had he not caught this, there would have been a problem later. His personality, professionalism, and knowledge were extremely impressive. We strongly recommend Keith Poss to anyone wanting to purchase or sell property.
