My husband and I were looking to purchase a home in Texas (we live out of state) and were apprehensive about the kind of attention and help we would get given the fact that we were out of state and things could not have gone any smoother than they did because of the fact that Reechia and Keith were our agents. The process was hectic and stressful. Keith was extremely organized and did a great job making the process an easier one for us. He listened to our wants and needs, and he listened to our conversations as we looked through homes to gain insight into what we really wanted. He worked tirelessly prior to our arrival, showing us homes during our visit, and finally in helping us get through the endless paperwork of finalizing the purchase. He was knowledgeable, very familiar with the area and the market, and he looked to make sure our house hunt was a successful one. I would recommend him to anyone that is serious about buying a home. He and his wife Recchia were very kind and we count them as friends.

Keith has made at least 12 offers on my behalf. He has also acted as my agent in getting my properties leased. I have purchased a total of about 20 homes over the past 30 years and have worked with at least 10 different agents. I have become from exacting in what I need from an agent and Keith comes through. I feel I know the real estate business and in the past felt the agent primary provided the needed license and contacts to purchase a house and generally didn't have any more expertise then I had. That until I meant and starting working with Keith, he certainly knows the business and has taught me a number of things. They used their expertise to navigate us through the process of buying a new home prior to selling the old one and carrying two mortgages for a short period. We felt we were in great hands and had a team who knew their stuff and who we could trust. They were ready accessible then and have continued to be our realtor of choice and friends. Not only did he take me to closings, he picked me up from work on several occasions to look at houses. He priced my house perfect & knew exactly how much to offer on my new house.
