Keith,Just wanted to say thanks for all your help getting rid of that house and land. If the house would have gone as easy as the land it would have been a breeze. I hope to see you around at the soccer fields so we can chat. By the way our credit score had dropped to a respectful 590 but 2 months after the closing of the house it is back to 760 so not too bad. Since we did not buy anything over the 1.5 years it took to get rid of those properties it really never had any effect on us other than a couple of credit cards that they tried to raise their interest rates or lower their limits which we promptly paid off or closed.Thanks again for all your help.Doug S
