As first time home buyers, we were immensely nervous going into the process. Keith is a fantastic example of the level headed, calm person you want by your side going into a life changing decision. I think the characteristic I appreciated the most was his practical bits of advice as we walked through a house like "Well, it looks like the stucco is cut above the ground which is good because the moisture can't seep into it" or "This layout is strange to me and I don't think you can work very well with it". He is also fantastically responsive and was always available to answer my calls or texts. I recommend him to other first time home buyers who need that expert on board

A lot of agents we had been through were pushy and kept trying to convince us /hat we would like the house or that we should do construction to make it the house we wanted. We didn't want to do major construction, we wanted something move in ready. Keith was so patient with us and really helped us find the perfect place. He was very pleasant and laid back to work with ( and by laid back I mean that he has a very calm personality, not lazy-he has an excellent work ethic!) Keith Rudge is the best real estate agent I know for helping us find a short sale. He provided a place that became a really great location and just what we needed. He was so calm even when we were not. And he helped us get exactly what we needed. I had a brother get ill not long after my husband and I moved. (My brother did not live with us but lived in a home of his own.) My brother ended up in the hospital for over 3 months. During that time, the house that Keith helped us find became a comfort and break from so much time at the hospital with my ill brother. The house fit our personality and was a perfect home for us. Furthermore by Keith keeping us from getting in over our head in price it allowed me to take the time off work that I needed with my ill brother. Who knew such a family crisis would occur not long after the move to a new home for us. Keith's wisdom kept us out of some bad deals which would have been even worse with my brother's needs pressing on us. Keith did more than sell us a house, he kept us out of trouble. We love our home - he truly found something that fit our needs, our wants, and our personality. He found the perfect home for us. I highly recommend him as a non-pushy, intuitive, smart realtor who really knows the market and knows how to do his job in a caring and committed way. Excellent realtor!!!
