I had listed the property with another agent for three years, and in that time only got about 10 showings and no offers. As soon as Keith took over, the showings skyrocketed, and we started getting real offers. It wasn't an easy home to sell, and Keith sold it twice in less than a year (the first sale fell through at, literally, the last minute because of some bizarre buyer circumstances.) He is a genius!

Keith uses his abilities in design to stage & bring visualization & practicality to a home. I have never seen an agent work so hard & have the ability to be so detailed with real estate & include staging in his business practice. We had a home in the Lockwood area in which other agents said we would never get our price on. Keith sold our home at the full asking price in sixteen days. "Stage & Sell" is Keith's motto & I fully agree with that.
