We initially met Kelley at an open house, about a year before we purchased our home. She was warm and friendly when we first met her, and very professional. She asked us a few questions about what we were looking for anywhere. From there, Kelley followed up with us for several months with different houses that were available. Based on our replies, she fully understood what we wanted. We went on a tour of one house with Kelley and purchased it. Sheknows Naperville, remains professional, actually follows-up, and was a pleasure to work with. Her business partner Tom was pretty awesome too. The two of them made us feel at ease and provided great information and advice through the entire process. She found our house in a Baird and Warner database and it wasnt on the open market yet, so having the right realtor is key!
