Kelley was outstanding with every step of the process from finding the perfect house (the 6 a.m. text stating "I have found the perfect house it was just listed" ) that fit my needs to setting up with all the people I needed, brokers, inspectors, and to the lawyer. Best of the best and will recommend Kelley to family and friends for sure.

I met Kelley after dealing with two other agencies and listing my house for 3 months, 40 showings and no offers. Poor feedback and poor communication- sometimes you need more than an automatic sale, you need a professional. After hiring Kelley, my home sold for more than my asking price and I received offers within days of listing with Kelley.She gave me good advice through out the process, I had flexibility and Kelley understood my Situation. There were issues with the buyers agent being new and her first sale but Kelley took care of the issues. I already recommended her and hopefully got her a new listing in my neighborhood!
