My home purchase was a bit out of the ordinary as my wife lived halfway across the globe for 8 of the 9 months (7 months new construction) Kelli and I worked together to find my family's first home. When my wife and I had a very short window to view properties together, Kelli cleared her schedule to accommodate, and provided outstanding background on each property regarding the neighborhood, available community services, and pricing guidance. What to say about Kelli, She's totally awesome, she showed us a few home that were to our liking. We put offers in on 3 homes but the first 2 deals fell through to a bad inspection and the other was a short sale that we didnt want to wait any longer on the bank for approval. One finally popped up in our preferred neighborhood and we went for it. Kelli walked us through the process dealing with a foreclosure. Process went smooth and we closed on the home 35 days later. Any question we had she would return our calls or email the same day. She knows the area extremely well and referred us to a home inspector and mortgage banker. We ended up using both of her recommendations and we were very pleased with the outcome. Give Kelli a chance and you wont regret it.
