It was an awful experience with Kelly. I cannot say this about many agents, but she was definitely worried about her commission and did not listen to me as a client. I've also heard she does this when selling homes for clients as well in the area. She came across as a used car dealer instead of a realtor. We ended up walking away from her as a client and good luck to anyone who uses her in the future. She may have been ranked number 1 by Remax, but she has definitely not upheld that title. Very Disappointing.
