- Kelly and I connected, but did no business
The reason these two realtors sell "so much quicker" is they come into neighborhoods and convince people who don't know the market to list far below what the house is worth in order to get a quick sale. She left $110K on the table for my neighbor and as a result killed our PPSF for 2 years. She then tried to tell 2 other neighbors there houses were worth 800 and 715 and both sold for 25% more. Realtors hold entirely too much power as it is, based on taking an online course that anyone can pass, but she takes it to another level. Do not use them. Simple math: You sell for $800K (no mortgage) you make roughly $700K and change (less fee and haha "commission" They make $20K (joke BTW) They convince you to sell for $700K you loose $100 Their commission only goes down to $17,500 The math is already screwed up and they take advantage of it. Like travel agents, realtors will go away within a year or two but in the meantime don't let these two take your money, do your research!
