Kelly was great! Worked with our work schedule, and we were able to call or message her anytime with questions. She has a great eye with spotting imperfections with homes. When it came to the paperwork she went above and beyond with helping anyway it she could. Kelly was thorough, detail-oriented and kept us on track through the entire home buying process. She was easy to work with and friendly. Even our loan agent commented to me that Kelly was the best real estate agent he had ever worked with. Cant recommend her enough.

She is incredibly gracious and hard-working, and she made the home-buying process (which is nightmare-ish) as smooth as possible. You couldnt ask for a better realtor than Kelly Ciaccio. As first time home buyers she helped us every step of the way, explaining everything in a way we could understand. She was always happy to show us a house no matter the time, day, or distance. Our mortgage lender at Bank of America Angela Love made this process a horrendous nightmare for us, but Kelly advocated for us relentlessly and helped us get the deal done with the managers at Bank of America. I dont think it would have happened with any other realtor, I really dont. This along with her steadfast determination to our situation and the humanity she showed us in dealing with the awful Bank of America make her a 5/5 realtor.
