My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home in California. We went by Yelp reviews and picked Natalie, Kelly, and their team. My husband and I have had other realtors in the past and didnt feel like they really listened to us. With those realtors it felt like they just wanted us to buy quickly. From the beginning Natalie and Kelly were completely different. They really care about you and want to find you the perfect home for you. They take their job very seriously and genuinely care about their clients. They never pressured us into anything and weighed the pros and cons of each house with us. They were with us every step of the way and available day and night! This market is extremely competitive and we didnt think we would ever find the right house. However, Kelly made sure we didnt settle for something we didnt want. We had some pretty strict requirements- a pool/spa with a view -and she made sure we found exactly what we wanted. At one point we thought about lowering our requirements but Kelly wouldnt let us! She was adamant she would find us our dream home and she was right! We were up against some tough competition but Kelly got our bid accepted even though people were offering way more than us. Our house ended up appraising for 27,000 more than what we paid for it! This is because her and Natalie personally reach out to the sellers realtors constantly and do whatever they can to make you the most attractive buyer. They also are extremely knowledgeable about the market and have great connections in the realtor world. Kelly, and her team will work tirelessly for you to make sure you get the house that is perfect for you. They go above and beyond what you would expect in a realtor. Natalie helped us with the purchase and sale of our previous home and were very impressed with her diligence and follow-through. So when we moved back into SCV, we naturally reached out to her again. Well, who buys a home during a pandemic - this girl! It's been a while since I have been a homeowner (previous divorce) and now it was time to get out of the city and apartment life and build a home for me and my daughter. Kelly was super patient with the two of us especially with our larger than life personalities. Then, when it came time to make that offer she went the extra mile and worked with the selling agent to ensure that my offer was the best it could be. Not only did she do that, but based on her tactics my offer was the ONLY one presented. Then, the day it was accepted and I went into a full blown panic about being a "grown up" again, Kelly talked me down and helped get me excited. Since I lived about an hour from my future home, Kelly met with my parents to do the inspections and ensure that my daughter and I would have a perfect future home. Kelly worked very hard to sell my home. I would say she went beyond what most agents would do. She painted the garage door for curb appeal and gave us suggestion to stage the home. She held open houses as needed adding the extra touch of hiring an ice cream truck which made everyone happy. Kelly was always ready to answer questions and to encourage us.
