Kelly and her team are absolutely AMAZING!!!! This was my first time buying a home and I would do it all over again ONLY if I worked with this team. Kelly and her team are very responsive to all my concerns and questions. They are all very knowledgeable and precise during the process. And she is such a down to earth person that ACTUALLY LISTENS to your wants and needs. There was never a time Kelly and her team did not have my best interest at heart. She will fight for you every step of that way! This team is the best team!

Kelly was very personable and treated my family with respect at all times. She always gave us her honest opinion about a location, house type, etc, but supported our decisions no matter what. She was excellent at staying on top of what needed to be done so we could move into our new home ASAP. Kelly was never out of touch when we needed her. And even when we asked the same questions over and over she was quick to respond and always with a positive attitude.

I live out of state and had to sell my home by correspondence Kelly and her team worked with me to get the best price that we could get for the home I Kelly was conscientious to make sure I understood the process especially being an out-of-state seller that was even more difficult but she and her team kept me abreast of all of the many changes and was able to close the sale of my home at the asking price within 30 days.

On a whim we decided to look at condos to possibly downsize. We never anticipated that the second place we looked at would be the one. Things had to move quickly after that as we had a house we needed to put on the market and sell. Kelly assured us numerous times that she would get us the condo we wanted and our house sold promptly and she did it! She was very knowledgeable about how to stage the house and didnt waste time getting things going. Our house had an offer after the first visit on the second day it was listed! Kellys team is wonderful! I can not say enough good things about Brittany and Allison. They kept us informed every step of the way and answered every question we had even if we asked the same one a million times. They also had a remarkable group of experienced workers who they recommended to help us get our house in shape to sell. I would hire these same people for every day repairs in our new home too. Overall this was a good experience. Selling and buying a home is always stressful, thats a given but having confident experienced people on your side makes it easier.

I could not be more happy with Kelly and her team. I had 2 other agents before her and fired the them both. My first agent didn't even get my home on the market before I fired him, and the second agent had my house on the market 5 months and dropped $5000.00 and not even an insulting offer had come through. Kelly came in and gave me great advice. We had an offer in 36 hours for full asking price (original asking price before the $5000.00 drop) !!! We weren't done. Every problem under the sun came up. Every time there was an issue Kelly and her team had a plan and a back up plan. Before Kelly and her team came on I considered not selling. Kelly is a straight shooter who isn't going to sugar coat anything but if there is a problem she has an answer. She even arranged for work to be done at a great rate that was paid after closing so i didn't have to come out of pocket. If there were a 6th star i would have clicked it.

Kelly and her team are fantastic! She made selling our home in Norfolk while living halfway across the country so easy. We had a full priced offer within a week and she did an excellent job negotiating repairs. We would use Kelly again in a heartbeat!
