I will be the first to admit, I was a pretty "demanding" client as my husband and I were in a time crunch for finding a home to purchase, but Kelly handled our needs with grace and efficiency. We had a lot of questions about the home-buying process and about each property we looked at that Kelly was able to answer (very honestly) right away or know her resources to get us the correct answer ASAP. Her compassion to our difficult situation and her honesty as we looked at each potential property was very refreshing as a couple on the market for the first time to make a HOME for our family. We looked at a couple properties multiple times and went through more than one inspection which Kelly was always available for. Her genuine excitement for us when we finally closed after a roller coaster of ups and downs the months prior made the entire process a great experience. She has even checked up on us and our home improvements months after we closed! We highly recommend Kelly Donovan and we will definitely be working with her again in the future.

I have been fortunate enough to work with Kelly on the sale of one house and the purchase of another. Kelly is a knowledgeable, hard working, ethical professional real estate agent. She was invaluable in transacting both deals as I live in the western suburbs of Chicago and had limited ability to be on site during the business dealings. Hard Working: I had a home that had a damp odor in the basement. Kelly called me, stated her concern. She then went to the store, picked up a dehumidifier, hooked it up and monitored it until the property sold. She also recommended a contractor as my roof needed work. the contractor was excellent as well. I was very thankful. Negotiation skills: i recently purchased a home through Kelly and the price was at the upper end of my budget. I loved the way the home was furnished but was concerned about affording furniture and appliances to complete the home post purchase. Kelly advised me to ask if they would include the furniture with the purchase. The sellers agreed and the home is beautifully done. I was so appreciative of her input. Kelly also referred me to a mortgage professional that made the entire purchase process seamless and quick. I have referred Kelly to a good friend of mine on the sale and purchase of a home and he was equally impressed.Bottom line, Kelly is the best, by far, realtor I have worked with and highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. You won't find an agent that will work harder for you.

I dare you to find a better realtor! This woman is absolutely incredible. She is always one step ahead of everything anyone asks for.
