Kelly was very helpful In the process of selling my previous house along with also helping me find my new home. She was very workable with my schedule and would take time to understand what I'm looking for. She was very knowledgeable in the local market and I believe was able to get the property I wanted for thousands less then asking price because of her negotiating skills. I not only would consider Kelly my realtor but also my friend!

Kelly assists in any way possible. She keeps her clients informed along every step of the way. She pays attention to the needs of her clients and attempts to do everything within her power to meet those needs. Kelly was easily understandable and was able to prepare me for each step within the process. I was never surprised. This can be an intrusive, stressful, and time consuming process. We initially used her as a flat fee selling realtor. She had our house listed online same day. 2 days later it was sold. We then used her to buy a new home. Kelly is a very bright person. She comes off as good friend who does not sugar coat facts, she shoots straight. I never felt pressured to purchase the house.
