Kelly Hachtel and her team at The Carrabba Group were an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only was Kelly friendly and attentive to our individual needs, but at times she understood them better than we did! Throughout the year-long process that it took us to decide on a property to purchase, we developed a friendship with Kelly that only furthered our belief in her abilities as a real estate agent.Kelly was always patient, never pushy and refreshingly forthright and honest with her opinions. Kelly has helped us both rent a house and buy a house and each was an easy, pleasurable experience, where we felt she not only represented us well, but tailored the process especially to our needs. Being newcomers to LA, we weren't sure how to navigate the many neighborhoods and find which was perfect for us. Kelly took a long time finding us many different kinds of rentals, each being distinct and representative of the surrounding area, but maintained focus on the few necessities we were looking for (walkable, good restaurants, etc). And when we started to doubt ourselves and wonder if we could find what we wanted or didn't KNOW what we wanted (House? Apartment?) she helped us figure it out.Buying a house is unlike buying anything else. It can be a long drawn out process -- inspections, negotiations, legal advice -- and then AFTER you've bought the house there's still a ton to do -- fixing things, re-inspections, more legal advice -- and Kelly helped with it all. Her being a constant presence at the house to oversee all of the inspections and other work was a great help to my wife and I and saved us time, headaches and road rage (we lived 40 minutes away).This probably sounds like an ad. That's probably because she's that good! The whole process was made so much easier by Kelly's expertise and we will always be thankful that we had her there to help us.
