My husband and I have worked with Kelly in both selling and buying homes. When I was first thinking about moving, Kelly came out to review with me things I was planning on upgrading in my house to decide which ones made sense and which would not in terms of marketability of the house. I did those things she agreed made sense . When the time came to put it on the market, I chose Kelly because she was willing to put time in with me almost a year before my sale to help me make those early decisions.
