Kelly Hudick

Kelly is the founder and managing broker of Marathon Realty. Kelly has held a real estate license in Minnesota since 2002 and has deep expertise in residential single family, condos/townhomes, and investment properties. She is also a licensed attorney with advanced skills and training in contracts, negotiation, and client representation. Kelly is passionate about fitness and nutrition. She is a frequent marathon runner and is a member of both the Marathon Maniacs and 50 States Marathon clubs. In November 2014, she reached her goal of completing a full marathon in each of the 50 states. Her nonprofit/community service work includes pro bono full representation chapter 7 bankruptcy cases through Volunteer Lawyers Network. She is a volunteer committee member for the Minnesota REALTORS Association's Professional Standards Commission and Risk Management Committee. She previously served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of CASA Minnesota, Treasurer of the Ridgegate Homeowners Association, and as a Guardian Ad Litem in Minnesota’s 4th judicial district.
