Kelly was awesome from the beginning. She was sensere and persable from the very beginning. She not only listened to my wants and needs but she also keyed on on the things I had going on in my life, like surgery and she even called to wish me well. She viewed my home with kindness and open eyes. She tactfully made recommendations without hurting my feelings whatsoever. Kelly also blew me away by offering help if I needed anything while getting my home ready for sale. She took the liberty of suggesting maintenance and cleaning services she heard of from great references. I was blessed to find her through my neighbors and havent regretted one minute. All of her qualities she possesses are awesome to include explaining the whole process to me a couple times as I am forgetful. Anyone would be lucky to have her as I know I was!

The VA appraisal was less than the selling price. While I was trying to decide if I should ask Kellly if we could ask the seller to lower the price, Kelly spoke to the sellers agent and had the price lowered. Thats was awesome!
