As soon as we met Kelly we were very happy with the decision. She was very knowledgeable with the complete process. She helped up get the property in selling condition, spending money where it would get the most results. Kelly priced the property right which resulted in a bidding war and we received more money on the sale of the house. Kelly was busy on her end as we got the property ready to sell and as soon as we were ready she had an open house and the property had offers. Closing went smoothly. She handled the sale of my parents Townhouse very professional. Very in tune with the Whole sale. She took a Load off my chest with her knowledge & dispersment of furniture, clothes, etc. to organizations I didn't know about.

My experience selling my condo with Kelly was fantastic. I had some pretty garbage experiences with agents in the past, and Kelly was nothing like that. When I asked her how long she thought it would take to get the place sold she told me she thought she could do it in about a month (which I thought was crazy at the time). In fact, she found a buyer within one week of getting the place on the market. She was totally transparent about the business aspects of everything, and most importantly for me, made the process super simple. Practically everything was done online.
