We first met Kelly a year ago when we visited the area to decide if we wanted to move here. She kept in touch with us throughout the year and let us know she was thinking of us. As soon as we arrived in the area this year with the intent of buying a house, we met with her. She took us out every day for over a week, and showed us about 25 houses, until we found the one that we wanted to make our new home. Throughout the process Kelly was knowledgeable, helpful, and tuned in to our needs and wants. We give her our highest recommendation!

Kelly is a great agent and has so much local knowledge of the area and the homes. We sent her a list of homes we wanted to see and she added one home to "take a peek at " . She spent an entire Saturday showing us homes with very candid information that was so helpful. Turns out my wife and I were both looking at the take a peek home but it did not make our see list because it was 100 less sq feet than what we wanted. We decided on it and made an offer , 3 hrs after the counter offer Kelly had the deal closed and there were 7 offer exchanges. Then between the closing requirements of the seller an my bank all hell broke loose. It looked like the deal was going to fall through several times and Kelly worked for us to resolve everything. She talked to my banker , got several extensions, resolved an insurance issue , and a town hall issue. We did what we needed to do on our end but if Kelly had not done what she did we would have lost the house for sure. Kelly is simply the BEST period :) We love our new home and there is no way I can thank Kelly enough for all she did and never giving up when everything said no way this is going to happen.Thank You Kelly !!!

Ms Kelly. Words could not explain the happiness you have gave to my family. And the extra time you took to go over stuff with with make sure i understand 100%. You did not care a about the sale u cared about me my family. And our needs that mint a lot to me and my wife. We had a few agents but u set the bar and met all our needs.
