2016My wife and I have been involved in many real estate transactions over the years, several recently. We made the decision to make Scottsdale our permanent home. Kelly quickly took us out to view several homes and demonstrated expert knowledge of the neighborhoods in which we were interested. With Kelly's help, we were fortunate to find one that met our needs.Next is where his skill and judgement really stood out; the purchase negotiations. Because we trusted him implicitly, Kelly was able to save us tens of thousands off the asking price. His expertise was amazing. None of the Realtors we have had in the past could have completed the deal for the price Kelly achieved.When we called, he was always available, patiently answering our numerous questions. Last week during the rains, we were concerned about the drainage on our new home's patio. He took the time to run over, check on it, and send pictures.Kelly is an outstanding Realtor.
