Kelly Nemeth

Kelly Nemeth who is also known as Kelly Roe was our property manager for the home we rented two years from her company Liberty Realty and Property Management. When it came to the end our lease we let her know we would not be renewing it. When it came close to our actual move out date, she actually asked us if we could move out sooner in front of a potential renter she spas showing the house to. In reference to her returning phone calls and text messages to do the walk through with her, she completely ignored us. Once we moved out, we received her move out walk through inspection form and only half of our deposit back. She was not truthful on the inspection form and when asked by text message and through email, she would not respond. In my professional opinion it is a very dishonest practice. I would NOT recommend her as a property manager or a real estate agent. There are plenty of other honest ones out there.

After a terrible buying experience with my previous agent, I met Kelly while looking on my own, when I called on one of her listings. I was impressed with her professionalism and expertise of the Atlanta area. She really guided me through the home-buying process. Not only did she help me find the perfect home, she also referred me to a better lender (better rate, much more responsive, lower fees), a thorough home inspector, and a great closing attorney. I have bought and sold homes before, but there were always issues. This transaction was so smooth and easy. Her energy and enthusiasm from beginning to end helped me through a rough time in my life. I was ready to give up. She assured me that I would find my perfect home, and that everything would work out, and that's exactly what happened. I could never thank her enough for all that she did for me.
