Kelly was a great buyer's advocate helping us with finding a new home and helping us with our relocation. She was quick to understand our needs, spent tireless days and nights (and weekends) trying to find the 'perfect' home that met all of our requirements and was instrumental in the negotiation of the final pricing of our home. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Kelly and we recommend her highly.

Kelly is very professional and responsive to her client's needs and knows the market very well. My wife and I had agreed to divorce in 2012 and needed to sell our home quickly. Her team showed up at our house on a Sunday and we agreed to use Keller-Williams. We then settled on a selling price and allowed Kelly to put a sign in the front yard as she left. The next day she called to say a family wanted to look at our home and Wednesday we had an offer. We eventually agreed to sell our home to that family for only $5,000 less than our asking price. Talk about quick! Kelly asked where I was going to live after the divorce was final and I told her I was planning on staying in the area and she asked if she could show me some homes.
