Kelly's knowledge, passion, involvement, and insights got us sold in under 30 days. We were combining families and had two homes to sell and one to buy all within specific timeframes, and what could have been a very complicated and anxiety-filled process was made so incredibly easy and successful thanks to Kelly. She was extremely familiar with the local areas of each of our homes, and sold both our homes in under one month! She is always responsive, and exceedingly knowledgeable about the legalities and complexities of buying and selling a home. She managed the process of all three transactions for us, making it possible for us to focus on other things. I can't recommend her enough!

You will have high expectations and may be disappointed with any other realtor after working with Kelly!! Her market knowledge and ability to price a house are on point, her follow up skills and ability to get buyers to share their thoughts were a very pleasant surprise, and she is not shy about chasing down any leads. We were never waiting long for any requests we had, in fact she made us feel like her only client. Kelly also provided informative activity reports regularly and strategies for next steps. I am a marketing exec and really thought I could have sold my house on my own, but the twists and turns that came up with our potential buyers (we had multiple offers) alone made Kelly's expertise invaluable. I cannot say enough positive things about Kelly Rosen. Kelly is no mere realtor, she is a real estate concierge! She helped us buy our house in Milton in 2016 when we were newbies to Georgia and then helped us sell that house and move to John's Creek in July 2018. Kelly handles literally everything, which for busy working families is a God-send. Following our closing, there were a number of items the seller had not cleared from the inspection. Kelly set up all the appointments to get the items fixed. Also, she remembers everything and is extremely organized. If I wasn't sure about something, I'd just call Kelly as she would have written it down or she would find out. I wouldn't work with anyone else if we have to move again.

I wanted to express to you how impressed I am with your work. I was amazed how you put the signs highlighting some of the best features of the house and also some of the little changes you made to better showcase the house. Putting a booty area and requiring people to put them on was brilliant. Yes it keeps our floor clean but even more it makes the client feel like they are coming into a special place that is taken care of and loved. I want to thank you for treating our house like it was yours and not just another house in the market to supplement the 45 other houses realtors have on the market at the same time. We were truly blessed to have found you and know that you did not sell a house, you helped bring our family together.
