Kelly did an outstanding job for us. He sold our house and land 18 days after listing it. Within these 18 days, Kelly went above and beyond by holding 3 open houses, a lot of showings and provide us with lots of info from these. He was always available to us at anytime for any question we had and didnt pressure us to make any decisions.

Kelly was and is AWESOME! AMAZING, OUTSTANDING, THE BEST EVER!!!!We drug him all over the upstate for almost a year. He never complained, always researched, paid attention to detail as well as our best interests. If I wasn't sure, hed dig deeper and on a few occasions told us it wouldn't be right for us and so right he was. We found an amazing home in Inman. We love our home. When the three of us walked in we all three said at the same time "this is the one". Kelly became a good friend too. I cant say enough good about him and what he did for us. I'll be the first to say I'm tough to work with and make people crazy. Not Kelly. He stood by us and did right by us. Your crazy if you dont use him. We love him as our realtor but also as a new and life long friend. You will only be disappointed if you dont use him as your realtor. Hes caring, kind, considerate, honest, highly talented and intelligent, graceful, respectful and dependable. He also keeps an amazing open line of communication. I miss talking to him daily but I also know hes there if I need him. (By the way there are 2 new homes on our street that we still need new neighbors for... anyone up for fire pits and BBQ?)
