Kelly Smith

An entrepreneur at heart, Kelly Smith, a partner with Urban Real Estate, has always been one to seek out opportunities for clients they may otherwise not envision have potential. His philosophy is premised in listening to his clients, then walking them through the options they likely hadn’t considered, to help them achieve their short and long-term goals. Kelly began his career in real estate in 2003 in land lease and billboard advertising before obtaining his Illinois real estate sales license in 2008. Kelly also has actively built his own investment portfolio, buying and renting properties since 2004.
