Kelly was helpful in every step of the process of finding and buying our new home. Could not have had a better agent, she did it all, from screening properties that would not fit our needs to remaining within our financial guidelines. She also was prompt and and kept every appointment, had things organized well and made the best use of our time.

I found Kelly through an online search from out of town. She was one of the only realtor's to respond to my inquiry and almost immediately stood out as the the one that would be the best fit for me. Boy was I right! This woman was nothing but professional, personably, responsive and went above and beyond to find me/us the exact house we wanted. My house search involved a lot of online searching and one whirl-wind 3 day visit to Chicago. In those 3 days Kelly was able to show us almost 30 properties, help us get second-looks at the ones we liked, helped us meet with a contractor at our number-one choice, to make an offer, negotiate and close the deal. What could have been a very stressful trip turned out to actually be fun, enjoyable and best of all, a successful experience. I would highly recommend her.

I would not want to buy a house without Kelly. She's the best! We were super nervous about buying our first home, but Kelly made the experience painless and even fun. She explained every step of the process without making us feel stupid for not knowing anything. She took us to countless houses all over Chicagoland and gave up weekend after weekend to keep looking until we were absolutely sure. I can't believe how patient she is. I would highly recommend Kelly as your real estate agent. I bought the house me and my wife dreamed of after looking at numerous homes for weeks. That didn't bother Kelly, In fact she applauded it and wanted us to find are dream home and we did. She and her team have excellent knowledge of the homes in the areas. I wanted something special and she help us get it. She was there when I needed her to be. She processed my offers immediately and followed up with them. I am real happy with outcome of everything. Kelly was nothing short of phenomenal in the selling process of my partner and I's previous home, as well as the purchase of our shiny new one! When we contacted Kelly that we wanted to sell, she was at our home the next day, prepared with all necessary paper work. Within the next couple days, our asking price was determined and agreed upon, photos were taken, For Sale sign was up, our listing went live on all websites, and handouts were readily available for all potential buyers. How's that for prompt and efficient?! She hosted two SUCCESSFUL open houses, regardless of it being the dead of Winter, and constantly had showings. She was proactive in getting potential buyers into our home, and 4 short months later our house was SOLD! And the best part?! She fought tooth and nail for us, and we sold right at our asking price! Another reason why I wouldn't chose anyone but Kelly for my buying/selling needs is she is always readily available, any time/day of the week, for any situation that would arise during our selling/buying process. Kelly's response time to any and all e-mail, texts and calls was always immediate. When it was time to start looking for a new place to call home, my partner and I were impressed with how Kelly was beyond knowledgeable with the entire Chicagoland area/NW Suburbs, down to specific neighborhoods, and even subdivisions! We were not set on any particular town, and were very open to suggestions, and Kelly was FULL of them! She was very dedicated to us as her clients, and she toured us around the Northwest Suburbs and showed us every listing that met our criteria, while painting a picture of the pros and cons of every listing and area we became interested in. When we found our dream home that happened to be slightly over our ideal budget (I have to assume this happens all the time!), Kelly's masterful negotiation skills got us into that home that we could just not live without. If you are looking to sell or buy a home and are looking for a realtor that is going to make you say, "Wow, that was easy!" then Kelly Vanderbilt is your go-to-gal, I know she will always be mine!

No amount of praise is good enough for kelly!! She is the best real estate agent anyone can have! Super knowledgeable and if she doesn't know something she WILL find out! Very reliable and I felt so confident asking her for any advice about the homes we saw! If you need someone to make your move easy, she's the one!

Kelly was an amazing agent for my wife and I for the past two years. We met Kelly two years ago while we were looking for homes and we both were very impressed with her knowledge of the areas we were looking. She took a lot of time to show us homes (lots and lots of homes) without any complaints or pressuring us to buy. We ended up not liking anything and renewed our lease. We told Kelly we would contact her again closer to our lease expiration (which was Aug 2015). We contacted her in May and we picked right back up. We found a house that we fell in love with and Kelly got that house for us. We wanted to make some changes right away after closing and Kelly was able to set up time for us and our contractors to come in and look at the home, even though we did not own it (she was very persuasive with the seller's agent). Kelly was right there every time we needed an estimate (this house was over an hour away from her). Throughout the entire process Kelly was fantasic! She was able to calm our neveres and just listen when I wanted to vent about things during this process. I would highly reccommend Kelly to anyone and everyone that is looking to buy a home, she's just great. BTW we were first time home buyers:)

Kelly was always quick to answer our questions via text or email and was so much FUN to work with! She even went the extra mile and cleaned our fridge and oven when the buyers were being picky and we were out of town and unable to be there.
