Kellyann Costanzo

We met Kellyann back in the summer of 2018 when we first started our search for a new home in the St. Augustine area. My wife randomly selected a realtor based on reviews and a feeling. We met up with Kellyann and within 15 minutes we knew she was the right fit for us as she spent her entire day touring houses with us and explaining the different neighborhoods, home styles, possible builders, etc. We told her that although we were just looking around and that we would not be ready to purchase until 2021 or 2022. Not once from the moment we met her all the way until we purchased 3 years later did, she ever push us to make decisions. She was always and continues to be patient, upbeat, informative and positive with us. We finally purchased in 2021 and decided that new construction was the best fit for our style of home and needs. Since we lived out of state in NJ, we really needed to rely on someone that we could trust and help us. Kellyann and her husband Tommy went out of their way to provide us with status, pictures, videos and updates throughout the build process. We couldnt have slept well at night without their help and insight. We are so happy and grateful to have met Kellyann and chose her to help us, we highly recommend her to anyone. In fact, about 6 months later we called upon her help once again to assist us with finding and purchasing a second home.Once again, she was a tremendous help to us.
