I was very interested in getting a unit in Xanadu-III when I contacted Kemp 2 in 2014 but none were available. He put my interest on some sort of "computer notification system" and I got immediate notice on a unit that went up for sale in 2016.....so I was able to be the first one to see the unit and made an offer which was accepted --- and closed 2 weeks later!
