      The worst home selling experience ever! Ken Crotts was rude, a bully and very unresponsive. He was great when he got the listing and rarely available afterwards. His buyers agent and executive secretary were polite. They were the primary contacts throughout our 2 month listing. During our last open house, Ken's in-experienced buyer's agent allowed an unidentified man to wonder around upstairs unattended with no agent. When I returned home, I found missing jewelry (that was hidden in my closet (including my husbands wedding ring) and other sentimental pieces. I heard a lot of "we're so sorry this happened to you", but in the end they would not accept liability for our loss. They told us to claim it on our insurance. Save yourself a lot of grief and do not hire this firm! Ken is more interested in doing conferences and blowing a lot of hot air then selling your home.

    • I was VERY pleased with Kens team, i was kept a breast of every step in the process. I didn't think i could sell my home after buying it at the peak of the market in 2007 but even with the down turn Ken was confident i could.
