Ken Kicklighter

Ken Kicklighter was born in Savannah but has lived in “every corner of Georgia” and beyond developing a two decade old career in the housing industry. After obtaining his BBA degree from the University of Georgia with majors in both Real Estate and Location Analysis, Ken has held positions within a variety of organizations working in property management, residential construction management, green building, and construction material sales. This experience was gained in several dynamic markets including Jackson, Wyoming, Atlanta, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina before he returned home to Savannah eight years ago. Ken’s reliability, commitment to his craft and dedication to client satisfaction have remained the common thread throughout the course of his career. His affection for Savannah is evident and presenting the variety of opportunities available to buyers and sellers of properties in the area brings him as much enjoyment as his other pursuits which include exploring the region’s many coastal rivers by boat, photography, and his love of live music.
