it would be tough to find one with the skills like Kendra! full of integrity, incredible negotiator, great communicator... the list could go on. She of course has production #'s and awards - but what really counts with her and her team is the HEART they place into each real estate transaction. Kendra was amazing to work with while finding our first home. She and her team were incredibly responsive and on top of everything. If it weren't for her persistence and attention to detail, we never would have closed on time. With an abundance of websites providing information on houses on the market, we didn't necessarily expect our agent to find some secret house that nobody knew about. I worked with Kendra to sell my Seattle-area townhouse and she exceeded all expectations. I had previously moved out of the townhouse. * Attention to detail - Kendra took care of all aspects of the sale, going above and beyond what we expected. For example, she helped collect the keys from my current tenants, took pictures of the interior after the tenants left to share them with me, and took care of scheduling a carpet cleaner for an area that needed help. Given we were remote at the time, it was a huge relief to have all of this taken care of. * Communication - Kendra had excellent communication skills and was did a outstanding job of walking us through the sale process end to end. This includes simple things like answering questions to the listing contact to reviewing details on the differences between the multiple offers we received. * Responsiveness - Kendra would personally answer most phone and e-mails with near real time response time. I never had to ask Kendra for a status update on anything, she also proactively reached out to us. At the same time it didn't feel at all over-communicative. It's hard to find much that could have been improved, the thing that stands out is that the initial numbers for listing price (prior to have visited the property) were a bit higher (~6%). I think she probably could have been more conservative in her initial estimate, but overall we were happy with the final sale price and got multiple offers on the house. I highly recommend Kendra, she made the sale process a breeze and could not have been easier considering we were remote and never had to travel back to the Seattle area.

Kendra will employ all of the online marketing tools available. We had a full price offer in one day. We also closed almost immediately. Kendra is a real pro and clearly knows what she is doing. She is a hard worker and really earns her commission.

My husband and I were first time home buyers and after a lot of research deciding on a lender we still hadnt decided on a real estate agent. There was a house on the market we wanted to look at and the last two houses we liked went pending immediately so we were in a hurry to go see it and asked our lender for an agent recommendation. He sent our contact info to Kendra who reached out within thirty minutes to get our search criteria and the details of the house we wanted to look at. We were able to see the house two days later and put it an offer, during which time Kendra was in constant contact relaying any questions about the property we had to the seller and getting every ounce of information she could. She was on the phone with us late walking us through any questions we had on the offer paperwork to make sure everything was clear. After later backing out during the inspection period for the house she was still very positive and reassuring without putting any pressure on us whatsoever. We ended up finding our dream property that blew the first house away maybe a week later and put in an offer. Kendras whole team was amazing in getting us anything we needed at a moments notice to make sure we could get our offer in and hopefully go pending before competing offers potentially arrived. Getting questions answered and moving forward on this house proved more difficult as the seller was out of the country a couple different times but Kendra still touched based every day and pushed hard to get us answers to everything as soon as possible. I believe closing on this particular house would have been incredibly stressful and taken much longer had we been with any other agent. Kendra is just amazing at her job and seems to really enjoy it. In her own words If I dont answer my phone Im either with another client and Ill call you back right after, or Im dead. She made it very clear shes available for any and all questions and advice any time we need her and that did not stop after closing. We closed on time in exactly 30 days (which was great because we had a rate lock with our lender that would have expired if closing was delayed) thanks to the Kendra Todd Group and our lender. However we then got a call from Kendra that the seller was not totally moved out of the property and needed 1 more day. She made it especially clear that she does NOT just disappear after closing and was still there to help us anyway she could, including reaching out to the sellers agent the day after closing with some smaller issues. She reached out several more times in the following days after closing to check in and make sure everything had ended smoothly and see if we needed anything else which is above and beyond what her job calls for.
