I have never met someone as genuine and helpful as Kenny. My husband and I had been looking at lake homes for years preparing for the day we were ready to purchase one for ourselves. Not only did Kenny have such great information about the lakes in our area, he found us TONS of lakefront properties that fit our criteria. After finding what we thought was the home for us, my husband mentioned how beautiful the farmland in the area surrounding the lake was and how we had always wanted a farm for ourselves with lots of land for our grandbabies and family to enjoy but never thought it was feasible. Kenny remembered what we said that day and later that afternoon, we received an email with a listing of a beautiful farm home on 23 acres, complete with an inground pool and a message that read, "I know you guys have been looking on the lake but when I saw this, I thought of you." 45 days later, my husband and I are now owners of the most beautiful farm and decided to fill it with 2 cows, 20+ chickens, 2 goats, and counting. Our family now comes over weekly and we enjoy sharing this beautiful property with them. I will always remember what Kenny did for us and will forever remember him for his thoughtfulness and hard work in finding us our forever home.

Kenny was wonderful! My wife and I were ready to find our forever home and Kenny was exactly who we needed in the process! From finding us properties and showing them to us all while taking the proper precautions for COVID-19, Kenny was excellent! He had us at the closing table and in our new home in a timely manner and we have maintained contact ever since! I know I can reach him any time I have a question or concern and he will be there to help. He is the best!

When we found Kenny and he broke down the selling & buying process to us we were very excited about the move. Upon starting the process, Kenny prepared our farm property for listing, found us the home we wanted to purchase and put in under contract, listed our farm property for sale (we received multiple strong offers), and had it binding (FOR OVER LIST PRICE), all in a span of 2 days. 30 days later, our property was sold, and my family was living in our new home and happy as could be!
