During the last several months my family and I had the pleasure of working with the most professional real estate company, namely Couture Realty. Keep in mind this was not the first property I ever purchased and Ken Couture eclipsed all of the others I dealt with in the past.I must admit I am very particular and Ken continually found many great properties but his patience paid off in major dividends. The property, a two bedroom, two bathroom spacious condominium has numerous unique features. Each bedroom could be utilized as a master bedroom with a private access to its own full bathroom. The living room is quite large and has a separate dining area that leads to a very large deck. The deck I might add does not face any other property owners and is completely private. There are even large pine trees outside the deck. The kitchen is also very large and has numerous cabinet space, so many I will never be able to fill them all. There is even a separate area with a washer and dryer, full size. The property is a gated community and the grounds are meticulously maintained and if you like privacy and quiet this is the community for you. For the added convenience of shopping only 2 miles away is the brand new galleria not to mention Home Depot, Costco, Barnes and Noble, Bed Bath and Beyond and every other upscale restaurant and store you could hope for. About 3 miles away is the Sunset Station Casino which is one of the largest and best off the Strip facility. I am completely satisfied and never dreamed that I would find a place in Las Vegas that would meet my requirements but thanks to Ken and his diligence he was able to make it happen.
