I would recommend Kenneth to anyone. He took a great deal of time helping us with all the paperwork and jumping through hoops needed to close the deal. Kenneth gave great advice and went out of his way to help us out. He was prompt when returning phone calls, though he usually just answered the phone. He was always available.

With Kenneth and Judy's expertise and ideas I sold my house to the very first people who came to look for full asking price. We closed 3 weeks later without any problems. Kenneth was as attentive and responsive as an agent could be. Not only did he take us to several properties he guided us away from homes that we thought we could fix, but looking back; these properties would have entailed a tremendous amount of work. By slowing us down, he ended up spending more time with us than he otherwise would have. But, as a result of his patience and advice we found a home with several refinements at a great price.It's hard for me to imagine a more professional real estate agent.
