I began working with her last spring when I flew down from Seattle to look at houses in the Phoenix area. I liked her immediately and she didn't disappoint. She was very professional, friendly and good humored as I kept changing our search parameters and took a long time to actually find a house that I liked. She diligently sent me listings every day and was in constant communication with me for months. Anytime I found a house on line that I wanted more information on she would get it for me immediately and never hesitated to go the extra mile. I made three more trips down before finally finding the house that we wanted to buy and she was great as she guided us through the whole process. We had to do everything from a distance and Shauna handled the negotiations, the inspections and the walk through for us and even met with our contractors to get some remodeling under way.
