Ken did a great job of managing our expectations and marketing our home. He gave sound advice on where to do some remodeling that would pay off in terms of value and time on market. He also persevered through some unconventional situations; dealing with bureaucracy of our relocation company, and dealing with me being gone for 2 weeks without reliable cell coverage during some "inspection surprises." In the end, our house sold for exactly what he predicted, in about the time he expected. We would totally work with Ken again, given the opportunity!
