My husband and I worked with Kraig Klaus and he was a top notch realtor! Perfectly balanced between assertive and welcoming; we felt that he pushed enough to get us the deal we wanted, but was very warm with us, buyers and other agents. He went above and beyond his normal job for us. We are not local, so Kraig oversaw literally everything to do with selling our rental, including bringing in his stellar contracting team to get us the best market value by upgrading many things in the home. We highly recommend Kraig and his team!
I can't begin to say what a positive and stress free process this has been.
