For example; we visited a home that I thought was perfect (good neighborhood, great schools, lovely area), but he pointed out a long crack running throughout the kitchen and hallway and what looked like repairs on the ceiling, and indicated to us that the foundation was split in two, and it would mean costly foundation repairs in the future. He also steered us away from a home that had been directly struck by lightning, knowing that electrical repairs would be extremely costly. He is very much into the well being of his clients, going beyond selling and really making sure that homeowners purchase safe and stable homes. He really looks after you like a family member. When you need to get things going, Kent makes sure you're well prepared and gets the job done right. We just purchased our home through a difficult lender with a very lengthy process who required numerous documents, and even miscellaneous papers that weren't even required for mortgage, and the deal almost fell through. Had it not been through the negotiating powers of Kent and his guidance through the entire process, we would not have the nest home we have today. When we finally started moving in, Kent came by and brought a house warming gift. Not only is he very good at what he does, but he is also a very sweet, likeable, and reliable person, and we consider him a dear family friend.
