Kent Winter

Born and raised in Iowa, my mid-western work ethic has served me well in the world of International Business. Educated at St John’s University (MN), then cultured with fifteen years of living in Europe, I finally settled with my family in Calabasas, which offered fantastic schools for Anna and Leah; and the opportunity for Neda to utilize her skills with Malibu’s top residential architectural firm. Having spent 25 years negotiating with business partners in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa, I am uniquely equipped with the skills needed to represent buyers and sellers of real estate in the Southern Californian markets the world aspires to, especially estates in Calabasas and Malibu. Whether you are from LA, Hong Kong, Dubai or Des Moines, I can relate to you and your needs while making you feel confident that you are getting the best deal to acquire your dream home or sell your existing property.
